1. Digital Products & Access

License: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our AI prompt library and digital dashboard for your personal or internal business use only.

Restrictions: You agree not to sub-license, resell, share, or redistribute our prompt logic, PDF guides, or dashboard access to any third party.

2. No Refund Policy

Digital Nature: Due to the nature of digital products (instant access to intellectual property), all sales are final.

Exception: We do not offer refunds once the access_token has been generated or the digital files have been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you express consent to waive your right to a refund.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access_token and dashboard link.

Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to support@tang-ai.com immediately. We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect account sharing or suspicious activity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding AI-generated outputs you create using the prompts), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tang-AI.

Our prompts are "engineered works" protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Results Not Guaranteed: While our AI prompts are designed to improve sales conversion for contractors, we do not guarantee specific financial results or contract wins.

AI Limitations: You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated text before sending it to your clients.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via Creem.io. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
